Privately-owned technology company that specialise in IT and business continuity solutions, with multiple international clients. Based in the North Shore with an open-planed office that is close to public transport facilities. They have a friendly culture with a very hands-on approach embedded in the organisation. they are looking for a Credit Controller/ AR officer, who is immediately available for a 4-month+ contract.
The Role
Reporting directly into the CFO, this is a sole-charge position where you will take full ownership of the end-to-end process of Credit Control and Receivables for a medium sized ledger. The role is a 50/50 split and requires someone who is customer focused with a solid understanding of the full accounting cycle.

- Manage and maintain customer accounts - 1,500 active
- Receipting, allocations, and credit notes
- Process direct debits and credit cards
- Monthly statements and reminders
- Dealing with queries
- Daily Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with daily cashflow
- Preparing reports
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a similar position with end-to-end AR/CC
- Intermediate excel skills and ability to work on multiple CRMs
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
