Job Details
Great credit control role for an on going temp assignment. Based near Blackpool and offering between £21,000 to £23,000 equivalent per an hour.

Description
Duties include:
- Ensuring outstanding accounts are collected
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on outstanding purchase orders
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Resolve queries
- Monthly debt reviews
- Forecast expected payments
- Updating the data base with the progress on outstanding accounts
- Raising credit paperwork and issuing copies of invoices and credits
- Chase and resolve complex debts
- Process refunds
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in credit control - essential
- Excellent telephone manner - desirable
- Excellent communication skills - desirable
- Be able to hit the ground running - essential
