My client is looking for an Accounts Assistant with a background in property to join this fast-paced business.

My client is a leading property business based in Stratford. This role will be in their head office which is where their accounting team is based.

Description

As the Accounts Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

• Replying to Landlord Queries
• Chasing Tenant and Landlord arrears
• Process rental direct debits
• Reviewing daily direct debit reports
• Completing task e.g., new tenancies, ended tenancies etc
• Posting Invoices into the Lettings CRM system
• Reviewing supplier statements
• Exception Reporting to ensure data entry is clean and tidy
• Letting project work
• Reconciling client account
• Covering additional tasks around the finance department

Profile

To be considered for this Accounts Assistant role you must have following:

• At least one years experience in an Accounts Assistant role in Property (essential)
• Excellent communication skills (essential)
• Strong Excel skills including v-lookups and pivot tables (essential)
• Reapit experience (desirable)

£26,000 - £30,000 plus additional benefits
