Remote Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant / Eastbourne / Accountancy
A well established organisation seeking a Remote Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant on an hourly temp basis.
As a Remote Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Managing the purchase ledger, including coding and posting of purchase invoices, checking that all invoices are correctly authorised in accordance with agreed limits.
- Dealing with supplier queries.
- Reconciling supplier accounts to statements.
- Producing bank payment runs.
- Processing and posting transactions made on company credit cards.
- Preparation of other banking as necessary.
- Raising and e-mailing sales invoices.
- Can do Full-Time hours
- Accounts Payable Experience
- Accountancy systems knowledge
- Can work from home
£10-£13 per hour.
