THE COMPANY
Melbourne headquartered Technology Services business embarking on a major change project.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to Finance, the Payroll Specialist will assume full standalone responsibilities for a national employee base including:

• Running the monthly processing for multiple business entities
• Establishment of new employee records, processing terminations and entitlement calculations
• Maintaining the integrity of the Payroll system ensuring accurate systems and reports are presented and utilised by the business
• Preparation of Super, PAYG and Payroll Tax reconciliations
• Oversight of timesheet compliance by liaising with relevant Business Managers
• Play an active part in improvements and suggestions for the Payroll function
• Standard and ad-hoc reporting
• Provide assistance to finance team as and when required
