We are looking for an experienced Creditors Clerk for our Retail client.
Key Responsibilities
* Reconciliation and payments
* Capturing invoices on Kerridge
* Negotiation of sundry increases with Suppliers
* Collating of group documents
* Consolidated factored payment runs
* Maintain and review suspense accounts in respect of goods in suspense, outstanding order reports, and transport suspense
* Handle all creditors related queries
Key Requirements
* Grade 12, preferably with Accounting and Mathematics.
* 5 - 6 years experience doing full function creditors
* At least Intermediate levels knowledge and skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
* Knowledge of Kerridge software advantageous
* Experience with Accounting software packages essential
* Attention to Detail and Accuracy.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Hours:
Mon- Fri 8.00 am -5.00 pm
Alternate Sat 8.00 am -1.00 pm
Alternate PH 9.00 am -1.00 pm
