Description

The duties include:

• Ensure efficient collection of customer debt.
• Chasing debt by telephone, email and letters.
• Monitor risk of customers.
• Negotiate payment plans and / or settlements when appropriate.
• Daily Cash with order review.
• Ensuring all queries are investigated and resolved within a timely manner.
• Ensuring customer month end statements are sent accurately and timely within 2 days of month end.
• Ensuring all bank transactions are posted and allocated daily. Physical cash/cheque banking is lodged.
• Ensuring all new accounts are set up correctly / amendments made accurately.
• Ensuring all credits are processed by Friday of every week.
• Doubtful debt provision. Emailing cycle end debtors report.
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations.

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience with dealing with clients - Essential
• Have experience in finance - Desirable
• Be an excellent communicator at all levels - Essential
• Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail - Essential
