Contract Scotland has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our client, based in Edinburgh. This is a temporary, full time position starting in January, offering ongoing work with a multinational business who operate within the construction industry.

Working as part of the finance team and reporting into the Head of Finance, your duties will included:

Matching, batching and coding invoices
Bank reconciliations
Setting up new suppliers on the system
Dealing with any invoice queries to resolution
Payment runs
Providing management reports
Any other associated administration, as required

You must be experienced in processing high volumes of invoices and be confident in dealing with the process. Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the construction industry and also the COINS operating system however, full training on this can be provided.
