The Scrum Master is the facilitator for an Agile development team. Allowing a team to self-organise and make changes quickly, in accordance with Agile principles. Managing the process on how information is exchanged. Your responsibility is to simply ensure that the scrum process is followed, and take a more holistic approach to work, offering help to others while promoting a sense of community. They offer techniques and tools to manage the product backlog effectively and help the Agile team know that there is a need to keep the product backlog items clear and concise. The ideal candidate must also be exceptional on JIRA and BitBucket.
