Responsibilities of the Billing Specialist:
- Receiving invoices from inter-company departments and resolving any errors or missing data
- Communicating via email with departments to resolve these issues
- Sending bills to the necessary parties and following up on their receipt
- Transferring paper items to digital format
Background Expected:
- 3+ years' experience in an accounting department
- Familiarity with Excel and at least one major ERP
- Ability to work alone and set own deadlines
- No education requirement
