Job Details

Job Description:

• Recording daily sale transactions and adjustments
• Recording daily accounts receivable payments
• Processing weekly invoicing
• Processing and sending monthly statements
• Processing refunds
• Accounts Receivable reconciliation
• Assist with Sales Tax
• Assisting with month end close
• Calculating and processing monthly sales and venue commissions
• Prepare and post journal entries to the General Ledger
• Special projects - coordinate and/or participate in special projects as directed by the controller or Owner(s)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Associate's + experience
• QuickBooks experience, ADP
• Advanced Excel skills
