We are assisting a pharmaceutical based just outside of Boston with an immediate need for an experience Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a full cycle role and requires someone with prior experience handling invoicing, cash applications, and collections. The role will start out on-site to train and have the option to work remotely once trained.

Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices and create receivables for customers
• Track outstanding receivables by customers
• Prepare deposits of customer payments
• Enter journal entries
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
