Responsibilities:

-Reconciliation of Sources system with finance system and ensuring that finance system is accurately updated.

-Calculate, post business transactions, process settlement, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization

-Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances

-Maintaining historical records

-Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

-Continuing to improve the seller operation process

-Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions

-General ledger reconciliations

-Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting accounts receivable data
Requirements:
. Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance, Master-s Degree in Finance preferred.

. 5-6 years relevant experience in Seller Management / Retail Inventory Vendor Management related activities in Retail / Ecommerce.

. Experience reconciling accounting figures and financial records

. Ability to identify errors

. Appropriate handling of sensitive information

. Ability to work to deadlines

. Knowledge of accounts payable functions and procedures

. Team player with the ability to work with multiple parties

. The ability to work accurately and independently.

. Experience with accounting software such as SAP and General Ledger and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

. Good verbal and written communication skills.

. An eye for detail along with excellent analytical skills.

. Excellent report preparation skills.
