Te Kaiurungi | About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to support and lead a team of associates that will focus on the remediation of customer account authorities
In this newly created role, you will produce collateral to support colleagues and assist the project team with our manual migration to digital authorities. Alongside this you will also be involved in the day to day coaching and leadership of the migration team to ensure they are creating a seamless customer experience throughout the migration of account authorities.

Our Team Leader - Authority Migration will have proven expertise and success with leading a team at BNZ. With a strategic mindset and commercial acumen, you will have a sound understanding of BNZ operational processes, regulatory requirements, and risk settings allowing you to contribute to the digital authority strategy.
Your ability to coach, develop and maintain relationships with your direct team and key stakeholders within the business will be key to your success in this role. Previous experience with account operating authorities will be advantageous.
