Mining company seeking a Management Accountant
A large mining company is currently seeking a *Management Accountant* to join their finance team in Rustenburg.

*Duties:*
Manage operational financial function and activities of an operating mining business unit
Design and implement a management costing system
Support the various departments and operations in costing elements including consolidations of month-end product & services related costs
Provide costing guide
Identify and resolve any audit finding
Comply to SOX controls
Design and implement a costing calendar
Manage the costing process for all the business

*Job Experience and skills required:*
Matric/ Grade 12 (Certificate required)
5 - 8 years experience in a similar role (3 years management level) in the mining industry
BCom (CA) qualification
CIMA qualification
Fully computer literate
SAP/ Excel (required)
Possess knowledge of Mining requirements
