We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join our dynamic and hardworking team at Newcastle Audi. This is a fantastic role for a talented individual to join our successful, award winning company and really put their skills to the test.

As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of operational excellence across the Audi division. You will be responsible for the timely collection of overdue sales ledger debtors. You will liaise with key colleagues across all Audi sites to ensure that their daily banking is received on time, confirm values received, and investigate any discrepancies.

An important part of the role will be updating Kerridge on any internal and external queries. You will send out copy invoices and month end statements as well as placing any overdue accounts on hold. In addition, you will open new accounts while using Experian to check customers' credit ratings.

About you

You will have relevant prior experience. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. You'll have an excellent telephone manner and be confident dealing with all relevant stakeholders. You will be passionate about providing first class customer experiences and have the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.

Experience with Kerridge is preferred, but not required, as training will be provided.
