Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We are looking for a new Contracts Analyst to join our Central Procurement team (Ngā Mātanga Whiwhinga) in a role with plenty of opportunity to challenge and develop your skills and experience. The role will be the procurement lead for data quality assurance, analysis, and reporting pertaining to Toitū Te Whenua contract and spend activities. This role will partner with key stakeholders across the business to champion the Contract Management System (CMS), seeking opportunities to continuously improve the effectiveness and use of the CMS, and optimise contract data to support better decision making
The Central Procurement team uses the CMS as a key tool. It is a central repository for contract data and documents to effectively manage contracts, manage categories of spend and plan for future procurement. You will:

* Enable and optimise the use of the CMS and contracts data
* Support and develop strong relationships with key CMS users
* Analyse and report data insights for benefits realisation
* Undertake continuous improvement activities

He pūkenga tou - Skills & Experience:

* Experience in the development of data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making
* An eye for detail and experience providing quality assurance
* Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, and with the ability to clearly communicate technical information and policy requirements in plain language
* An understanding of procurement and contract management processes and working within government
* A growth mindset and applying this to opportunities to continuously learn and develop
* Be a team player who embodies the Toitū Te Whenua BEST values - Bold (Māia), Expert (Matatau), Stronger Together (Whakapipiri)

The salary range for this role is $70,489 to $95,367.
