Private Client Service Support

West Malling - £21k - £22k

35 hours per week

Fantastic opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional individual to join a large, successful and well reputed business in West Malling.

Joining a diverse, fun and friendly team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to a 'High Net Worth' client base over the phone and by email.

Duties include:

  • Various administrative tasks such as the setup of new accounts opening and closing, the client welcome programme, account maintenance, investment orders, verification requests, ID&V for clients, Know Your Client activity, online access requests, sending new donation receipts, and all other aspects of administration with due regard for risk and fraud
  • Organise and manage grant requests updating relevant spreadsheets so client managers can oversee any issues and prepare approvals for grants issued, sending emails/letters to clients of payment confirmation within agreed deadlines
  • Manage the daily scanning for the private client team, maintaining the private client safes and filing all original documents and records
  • Assisting with issuing quarterly statements to high net worth clients
  • To ensure client confidentiality at all times and to adhere to General Data Protection Regulatory requirements, completing daily checks of bank accounts, and accurately inform Finance how receipts should be posted and fees to take
  • To liaise and build strong relationships with internal teams and various stakeholders
  • Assist with periodic KYC refreshes for existing clients
  • Coordinating regular Trust reviews to ensure the appropriate service is provided
  • Responding to all queries from HNW clients and customers by phone and email in a professional manor, providing the highest level of service in accordance with departmental standards, meeting clientele's SLAs
  • Carry out other various ad-hoc duties as specified by the line manager

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Financial Services
  • Experience within a Customer Service environment
  • Strong Administration skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing first rate communications skills, both verbal and written
  • A self-motivated and pro-active personality
  • Experience managing customer expectations and complaints
