Location - Home Based with occasional travel across our homes in the North East, North West, Yorkshire & Midlands

Finance Business Partner

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Finance Business Partner to join our Client in the Care Home Industry.

The role:

As a Finance Business Partner you will be there to support both the Finance and Operational teams within the Support Centre and the wider group to drive performance and profitability. The role will be diverse with no two days the same, you will be reactive to support needs of the business alongside regular planned works.

About you:

As the Finance Business Partneryou will have excellent Stakeholder management and communication skills, strong Excel modelling skills (advanced skills), attention to detail, with good analytical and investigative skills and be pro-active with the ability to work effectively on their own initiative including prioritising multiple tasks.

Care home experience is not essential and you will have an empathetic nature and understand our core customer group.
