Audit and Accounts Senior

We are currently recruiting an Audit and Accounts Senior based in Harrogate.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a reputable accountancy firm in Harrogate with a range of well established clients. If you are ACA or ACCA qualified with previous experience in a similar role this could be the position for you. Working in purpose built modern offices with free on site parking.

As Audit and Accounts Senior you will be responsible for building and maintaining close client relationships and providing a range of audit, accounting and advisory services. You will manage the full audit process, ensuring budgets are adhered to. You will work closely with the tax team and have the ability to work on special projects. You will work to a high standard and have excellent client communication skills. A diverse client portfolio would also be an advantage.

You will work in a friendly accounts department of around 10 people, supervising junior members of the team and reporting directly to the Managers and Partners.

Requirements:

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Working experience in a similar position
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience of accounts preparation and client audit
• Previous audit experience of OMB sector
• Able to work under pressure and manage demanding clients
