We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Finance Coordinator to join a growing employer within Milton Keynes. The business has sites across the UK, Europe, UAE and The US the sites in Milton Keynes are their largest in the UK with over 350 staff. We are looking for an individual to join the finance team supporting the Senior Manager with Payroll & Finance tasks for the site. Our client uses a 3rd party hosted payroll system. You will be processing monthly payroll data Producing Employee documents Processing HMRC payments Dealing with any reversals and corrections Monitoring the Scottish Widows Pension contributions and any queries Processing Holiday, Sickness, Maternity and any other payments.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have previous experience within a Finance & Payroll function and have used a Time Management system for other employees.
