Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a large manufacturing and distribution business based in the Black Country. This business is well-established within their field and boasts a diverse, lively and progressive working environment.

Key

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving invoice queries.
  • Raising sales credit notes once signed off by QA manager & Commercial Manager
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders/GRNs and posting of invoices for all divisions.
  • Manage the purchase invoice register
  • Check rates charged for carriage invoices for UK, Europe & USA markets
  • Opening and distribution of the daily post
  • Reconcile import VAT certificates to HMRC portal each month
  • Support in annual stocktake of each site
  • Other as hoc tasks as required.
