The role: a superb opportunity to join this rapidly expanding consultancy business with international operations. Our client is looking for a bright and dynamic Assistant Management Accountant. This is a dynamic fast-moving environment, and you must possess a strong/outgoing personality as you will be constantly interacting with sales teams. Other aspects of the role include.

• Management of both sales/purchase ledgers to a high degree of accuracy.
• Month end reports
• Detailed analysis of the income/expenses of the business and compare with forecasts.
• Monitor the Invoice Discounting (ID) and completing the monthly ID reconciliations.
• Manage the monthly Contractor ledgers
• IT; working with Sage 2000 professional, Excel, in-house recruitment data base
• Working closely with the Accounts Assistants team

Previous relevant experience

• Experience of Assistant Management Accounting or Accounts Assistant wanting to take a step up in their career
• Part qualified - CIMA, ACCA, AAT
• Experience of accounting systems - including SAGE 200 professional (or a different accounting software)
• Highly IT literate in a Microsoft environment (especially in Excel)
• Worked in a similar capacity in a similar sector (recruitment/ sales business where face to face interaction is not essential)
