Robert Half are recruiting a Financial Controller opportunity on behalf of US listed company. This highly successful service provider operates on a global scale and are set to have another record-breaking year.

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of monthly management accounts prepared under U.S. GAAP
• Maintaining a reconciliation or bridge between results reported under U.S. GAAP and the local GAAP equivalent
• Full responsibility of month end close processes
• Review and submission of Corporate Accounting monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Ownership and management of balance sheet movements and variances
• Journal entry review expected during month end close, on complex and sensitive areas, and for high value journals, in line with U.S. policies
• Full responsibility for SOX processes across the teams and liaise with internal audit on auditing timetables, resolution of improvement opportunities and remediation of SOX gaps
• Management of 1 direct report and a wider accounting team of 5

Requirements:

• ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA qualified
• Experience within a similar role
• US GAAP and SOX experience highly desirable
• Strong communicator

Salary & Benefit:

£70,000 - £80,000k, plus car allowance and 15% bonus
