As an experienced member of the team, you'll help coach, support and develop our Trainees and ensure there is effective delegation of work, that's completed to a high level of accuracy and within agreed deadlines.


Your main responsibilities will be:


  • The timely preparation of all accounts and other Management Accounting reports
  • Support our Trainees ensuring that the Department's objectives are achieved
  • Develop and maintain a great working relationship with our clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Use your experience to give advice on Management Accounting to ensure that managers and colleagues understand any issues
  • Keep up to date in the field of Management Accounting to ensure we maintain a high quality professional service
  • Challenge current ways of working, driving change & efficiencies wherever possible
  • Assist in other technical and administrative areas within the Company


Essential skills:

  • Part qualified or qualified by experience in practical accounting
  • Technical ability to prepare, review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all work delivered by the Department and Company
