We have an exciting opportunity for a Director level position to join our Corporate Finance Team at PATRIZIA.

ROLE:

• Preparation and support of financing applications for short-, medium- and long-term loans (incl. public subsidies) for real estate, portfolio, fund and company financing for new projects (asset/share deals) and prolongations across Europe
• Experience in Senior, Junior and Mezzanine lending and alternative financing
• Conducting negotiations of financing applications with lenders and lawyers
• Review, negotiation, processing and assumption of loan and security agreements with banks and external lawyers
• Expansion of our strong European banking relationships
• Comprehensive reporting to lenders (including bank presentations)
• Hedging financial risks through the use of interest rate and currency hedging instruments
• Collaboration in the preparation of finance and liquidity plans and performance of cash flow analyses

PROFILE:

• Professional experience as a credit specialist (m/f) for residential and commercial exposures
• Entrepreneurial and analytical skills
• Negotiating skills and assertiveness
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment, resilience and ability to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with adherence to tight deadlines
• German Language skills - desirable
