All applicants are welcome!About The Role: The Finance team at TodayTix Group is expanding, and we are looking for a Management Accountant to join the team. This person will report to the UK Finance Manager, and will work with the wider Finance team members on a daily basis.This role will focus on high quality accounting and monthly reporting. It will also provide an opportunity to undertake a role with a change management focus, with the individual helping to develop finance capabilities, systems and processes, as well as enhance the maturity of the finance function throughout the Group. This role will enable the individual to experience all areas of finance.Please note: qualified candidates must be based in the Greater London area, as this is a hybrid position (working both from home and in the office). Anyone working in our office must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.What You'll Do:
    • Oversee monthly management accounts including assisting with commentary
    • Balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis
    • Calculate and post accruals and prepayments across different statutory entities
    • Maintain fixed asset registers across the global business, calculating and posting depreciation and amortisation
    • Review expenditures of the company such as cost of sales, payroll and overheads
    • Prepare and submit periodic financial reports to management
    • Process income statements, balance sheets and other management account reports, under the supervision of the UK Finance Manager
    • Assist with statutory audits
    • Provide support for various improvement projects, such as streamlining accounting processes, onboarding new acquisitions, and improvements in financial operations processes such as AP/AR
    We're Looking for Someone With:
      • Part-Qualified/Qualified accountant undertaking ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
      • Relevant experience in an accounting environment
      • Excellent Excel Skills
      • High attention to detail
      • Strong verbal and written communication skills
      • An analytical and problem-solving mind-set to understand, challenge and ask the relevant questions
      • An ability to work well in a team
      • A proactive and enthusiastic approach
      • Great communication skills, able to work closely with senior management & non-finance people
      • Previous experience with Netsuite desirable
