Job Description:

Strategic equity solutions for Corporates, Hedge Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Family Office and other "asset owners". Solutions encompass: margin financing secured by concentrated stock positions, corporate equity derivatives (e.g. collar financing transactions), strategic delta one transactions (e.g. margin financing swaps, or ESOP hedging), structured buy backs of own shares and fund of hedge fund share financing.

  • Extensive structuring and execution expertise in strategic equity space
  • Financial modelling / pricing
  • Documentation negotiation (ISDA and LMA based documentation)
  • Approvals processes (including presenting to committees)
  • Knowledge of accounting, tax, disclosure, reg cap and other relevant structuring considerations
  • Ideal candidate would be experienced enough to run deals largely autonomously
  • Origination experience is a positive although not essential per se
  • Excellent financial/quantitative analytical experience combined with financial modelling
  • Exceptional command of Excel, PowerPoint and programming languages
  • High ability to innovate and develop new ideas and concepts
  • Meticulous attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousness
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Capable of leading projects from origination to implementation and execution
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Master/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
