Our client, an established yet dynamic Accountancy firm with offices across London and the South East, are seeking a HR Assistant


Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Benefits Administration
  • Drafting offer letters and employment contracts;
  • Inputting new starters onto the HR system and updating necessary changes throughout their employment life cycle
  • Processing all leaver administration for fixed term employees or following a resignation/dismissal
  • Pensions administration (Opt-in, Opt-out & Amendments);
  • Processing the monthly payroll to a tight deadline;


HR Assistant - What we're looking for:

  • Previous HR experience within Accountancy or Professional Services is essential
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • A proactive individual who can work on their own initiative when needed
