Data and Support Services Team Leader

Full time office role, based in Weybridge, working in Watford as required


Working closely with Prax Lindsey Oil Refinery and the Service Delivery Team, the Data and Support Services Team Leader role oversees and supports tasks and processes within the Downstream sector and plays a vital role, handling high priority tasks for our fast-growing business.


Drive process management and continuous improvement across the Service Delivery Team with particular focus on Data and Support ServicesManage and assist with the Mass Movement invoicing process for the Refinery, working closely with the Finance team on Securitisation requirements and deadlinesManage the day-to-day Refinery Back Office functions, including various tasks such asDaily system checks, stock movements and reconciliationsAdhoc admin processing and reportingSupport SAP functionality and change requirements as necessaryMonth end processes and reporting as required by the Refinery and Finance teamsSupport and cover as necessary, across the departmentDeputise as required for the Head of Service DeliverySkills/Experience:

The ideal candidate should be highly numerate with a solid understanding of finance processes and be flexible in their approach to the role and show motivation and willingness to work towards targets and deadlines.

They should have at least 5 years managerial experience, ideally in an operational environment, and be able to work on their own initiative, in a fast-paced environment, showing solid leadership skills and problem-solving abilities, in a fast-paced environment.

Strongly customer orientated with excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Strong Microsoft Office knowledge, with special focus on Microsoft Excel

Strong SAP R3 experience
