Proposition Manager

Basic salary up to £55,000 (DOE)

Remote/ Home based blended with some office working Location flexible within the UK

The role

In this newly created role, you will need to have your finger on the pulse, ensuring our Planners have access to the latest technologies and tools and ensuring our policies and pricing enable us to secure outstanding client outcomes.You will build and manage strong relationships both internally and externally to ensure strong oversight of our platform, products and investment partners.

This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a Planner or Paraplanner looking to use your knowledge and experience to drive positive change or if you are already in a Proposition role but looking to be part of a business and team where you can really make an impact.

Key aspects of the role will include

Supporting the future development Succession Wealths proposition including driving digital capability to both create a distinct propositionfor LNW / younger clients and progressive technical support of existing propositions

Creating and managing a centralised advice policy which is accessible to users and subject to the robust version control framework

Maintaining SME content for all planning collateral, including propositional, investment and onboarding brochureware

Building and managing product and investment panel relationships, working with Succession Advisory Services to create and manage annual oversight and diligence for platform, product and investment solutions

Selecting and driving the use of planning tools and technology within the business

You will also need:

    Qualified to QCA Level 4 or aboveA minimum of 2 years Financial planning experience, which could have been gained in a Planner, Paraplanner or Proposition role. Strong technical knowledge of how platform, products and investments operateStrong understanding of advisory process and fully aware of current regulation and future developmentsAbility to communicate clearly both verbal and written skillsProven capability to take initiative and work independently to deadlinesHigh capability to self-organise and prioritise across different tasks or projects comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
