Our client is a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors based in Kingston Upon Thames specialising in Residential Block Management servicing London and the Home Counties with a particular strong coverage of Surrey.

With a predominantly RMC block client base, our client enjoys a long retained portfolio with excellent resident relations.

As a result of growth, they now require an additional Service Charge Accounts Assistant / Junior Service Charge Accountant as follows:

• Working with a Senior Service Charge Accountant assisting with all aspects of service charge accounting
• Answering resident accounting queries via phone and email
• Dealing with contractor payments, reconciling against service charge accounts
• Updating the in-house system (MUS) with service charge activity as required

Suitable Service Charge Accounts Assistant / Junior Service Charge Accountant applicants will have 1-2 years+ service charge experience, good all round IT/systems awareness and a desire to work in independent practice.

In addition, Service Charge Accounts Assistant / Junior Service Charge Accountant applicants will come from a stable career background and have service mentality.

As well as enjoying part home working once through probation the successful Service Charge Accounts Assistant / Junior Service Charge Accountant can expect a salary up to £36k to start with ongoing reviews and uplifts based on performance and tenure.
