Accounts Assistant - Basingstoke
Robert Hurst Recruitment are looking for a good all-round Accounts, Payroll and Credit Control assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
The main responsibilities of the role will be Assisting with Credit Control, Accountancy and payroll.
Brief Description of Duties
Accounts Assistant - Credit Control - Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Maintaining accurate and detailed customer records and creating new customer accounts Completing daily and monthly bank reconciliations Chasing outstanding invoices, payments/debts Carrying out customer credit checks. Setting credit limits for customers. Monitoring spends by clients.
Accounts - Supporting the Purchase Ledger function, P&L. Assisting with weekly and monthly reports.
Payroll - Assisting with weekly payroll, collating hours from temp workers on site on a weekly basis. Completing time sheets and sending to client. Maintaining accurate records via CRM system
General Admin support, Added candidates to the CRM
This is a varied role and would suit someone who is looking for a 360-admin role where each day have its own set of unique tasks
