This position has become available due a new team being created within their billing department. This role is a full time, permanent position and they are looking for an individual who has preferably had experience in a billing role, but they will also look to speak to candidates from a customer service background, as full training will be provided.

Key

responsibilities:


-Timely processing of bills
-Ensure all compliance with clients is followed
-Check VAT and numerical calculations on bills
-Generate credit notes based on issue instructions
-Process as-hoc requests
-Liaise with external stakeholders to resolve queries effectively
-Review time narratives to ensure records are inputted accurately

Person Specification:

-Ability to stick to deadlines and work towards targets
-Confident and professional telephone manner
-High attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work within a team environment and on your own initiative
-Time management and organisational skills.
