CLIENT FOCUSED.

If you make your client feel like they're the most important person in the world, that you want to deliver the growth you promised and the best possible service, with a smile. If you're there for them when they need you, listen to them, care for them, send them random gifts, get invited to their weddings, birthday parties but don't stalk them, don't ever stalk them, you're never over familiar with them and don't give business away for free and you're never, ever afraid of saying no, I'm not doing that, we'd love it if you came and worked for Yard.

GROWTH.

ROaye? If you're target driven and focused on delivering growth, with a proven track record of delivering growth for your clients and making them feel special, we'd like you to be a Yardie.
