Purchase Ledger Assistant / Permanent / Full-Time / Salary up to £23,000

This amazing opportunity based in Kettering is looking for a driven candidate who is used to working under high pressure situations to join their Purchase Ledger Team.

Daily Duties

  • High volume invoice processing
  • Supporting the completion of supplier reconciliations
  • Handling supplier queries on various topics such as pricing
  • Ensuring all invoices are matched to the expense receipts and are coded correctly
  • Assisting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor with various month end and year end responsibilities


  • Experience working in Purchase Ledger
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • A good level of team-working capabilities
  • A keen attention to detail
