Salary £24k to £30k plus benefits

We are Target Information Systems Ltd a high-growth software development company focused on delivering cloud-based applications to a variety of blue-chip organisations. We are based in the Barnsley Innovation Centre, close to the M1 and M62 motorways and are proud of our unique company history, culture and underpinning values. This new role has been created because the current Project Account Manager is taking on additional responsibilities.

This role reaches into all areas of our business with no two days being the same. You will be responsible for planning, organising and directing the completion of specific client projects whilst ensuring these projects are on time, on budget and within the agreed scope. You will also be responsible for managing the ongoing client relationship and working closely with the client to gain incremental work to the delivered system to keep them up-to-date and relevant to the clients needs.

You will act as the liaison point with our clients with your priority being to get to know a clients system and to listen to and address their needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible. You will be on hand to support clients with any day-to-day enquiries around usage, training and data issues. All client projects are managed under the Companys ISO9001 Quality Management System and you will be fully supported in your role by our team of software engineers.

This role will suit a dynamic, personable and determined individual who wants to develop a client servicing career within a progressive and inclusive organisation. You will have excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills with experience of working as a Project Manager, Account Manager and/or Sales Account Manager. You should also preferably have experience of working within a B2B environment, ideally within the technology sector, and project managing software application projects.
