Employer Brand Manager
Location flexible (accessible to our locations in London and Manchester)

Partnering with clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, you'll take the strategic lead on all kinds of employer brand projects. With a team of experts behind you, you'll take everyone involved on the journey - advising and sharing expertise as the project goes from research and development to activation and beyond. You'll consult, collaborate and present. You'll bring bags of employer brand knowledge to the table. And you'll eagerly explore new ideas with colleagues from research, branding and strategy.
Having led a breadth of employer brand development projects before, either in an agency or client side, you know what the good ones are made of. You understand the value of research, objectives and stakeholder engagement, as well as the role that creativity plays in the process. Innovative and strategic in your approach, you're also determined to create outstanding work and stay at the forefront of thinking in our industry.
We offer flexibility in our working arrangements, both in terms of reduced hours and remote working. Our office locations are Manchester and London. For this role, you will need to be able to join us in Manchester for collaborative working and team days on a regular basis, and occasional visits to London and our various client sites.
