Service Charge Accountant

Our client is a prestigious property investment and management company based in beautiful offices in the leafy area of Hampstead, NW3. We are recruiting a part qualified Accountant with experience in services charge accounts to join their small & busy team. The successful candidate will be part qualified ACCA/AAT/CIMA and will benefit from working in a small, friendly and professional team. This is a full-time office-based role in a COVID friendly environment, parking is available.

* Responsible for the Service Charge/rental accounts
* Reconciling Tenants Accounts
* Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
* Raising rental invoices
* VAT returns
* Processing quarterly and annual rent demands
* Producing monthly statements

Requirements:
* Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, AAT, CIMA)
* Experience in service charge accounts
* Experience using Sage Line 50
