They are seeking someone who will lead the team on all aspects of finance and seek to constantly improve the process, systems and controls in line with the company growth and development of new systems within the business. Role

The role of Financial Controller based in Central London is a key position within the finance team of this logistics company and will be responsible for the following:

Management Accounts:

Operate as the finance team lead for all day to day process operations, including reporting and month / quarterly / year end closesProducing detailed Management Accounts for the trading company which has an annual turnover of 20m.Comparing actual against budget and analysing variances.Working closely with the Auditors to produce Annual Accounts for submission to Companies House.Finance Team:

Responsibility for the supervision and management of day to day activities for the full finance function Balance Sheet Reconciliation:

Monthly reconciliation of all Balance Sheet AccountsBudgets and Forecasts:

Support the business in developing annual budgets and quarterly forecastsProduct and maintain cash flow budgets and forecastsLead monthly financial review meetings; discussion performance vs. budget ad prior year Your profile

This logistics company based in Central London is seeking a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA). This role would typically suit someone who is a top to bottom Finance Manager/Controller coming from an SME, who has input controls and interested in making their mark in this growing business. Advanced excel skills and will be advantageous.

Salary and Package

This Financial Controller role for this logistics company firm based in Central London is paying 65,000 -75,000 basic salary, with 25 days holiday, pension and Bupa.
