Operational Resilience Manager Investment Management

Leading UK Investment Manager, Based Central London

To £100k + Excellent Package and Bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operational Resilience Manager to join the Business Risk team of this leading UK Investment Manager in their London offices. Reporting to the Business Risk & Resilience Director, you will play a key role in the development of operational resilience as part of the business risk framework. Your responsibilities will include:

Ongoing development and management of the operational risk framework

Work with the wider business to ensure key services are understood and mapped to critical applications

Definite appropriate tolerance standards for key business services

Develop a programme of scenario testing

Oversight of business continuity and disaster recovery activities

Leadership of business resilience team

Working with crisis leadership team to provide assurance over resiliency

Remain up to date with relevant industry and regulatory developments

To be successful in this role, you should have had experience of the following:

Proven experience of working in an Operational Resilience role within an Investment, Financial Services, Banking or similar regulated industry

Proven understanding of Business Continuity Planning

Excellent communication skills, combined with a high degree of enthusiasm, drive and commitment
