We are currently searching for Senior Research Associates to lead the delivery of bespoke M&A opportunities for our clients. The position would be based in London, in a hybrid working environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Taking the lead in managing and delivering clients projects, from scoping through to final deliverables
  • Managing the team and resources as necessary to achieve project objectives, to ensure the highest standards of delivery and customer expectations are met
  • Sorting and organizing data and making them easily accessible for decision-making
  • Checking and auditing work and checking data for consistency
  • Analysing the types of data/information needed to be collected for the successful delivery of projects for our clients
  • Working closely with colleagues across London, Bangalore and Singapore on execution of project and deliveries
  • Identifying new and large and/or complex data sets more accessible, understandable, and usable
  • Transforming, improving, and integrating data depending on the business requirements
  • Identifying optimisation opportunities across workflows, processes, systems, or content/data issues and proposing solutions to solve and/or improve them
  • Probing and understanding clients' objectives and search criteria from client calls
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on the data and presenting findings and market insights to the client to add colour and context
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members

Your background:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • High EQ, strong understanding of the requirements of fast-moving markets and companies
  • Experience of working to and achieving targets
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
  • Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
  • Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
