As Data & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with internal departments to deliver data driven insights for customers in a personable way, supporting strong and open customer relationships. You will work within a team that supports enterprise-scale customers to deliver on their talent strategy, positioning yourself and the department as a trusted HR analytics provider.

What will this role look like on a day-to-day basis?

  • Analyses various data sources to provide customer specific insights (for example their top talent sources, industry specific thought leadership, etc.)
  • Supports salespeople in mapping and developing customer strategies for the commercial teams to execute upon
  • Works together with various internal departments to identify which customers would benefit from data and insights, and ensure that this is aligned with our internal sales strategy
  • Proactively brings a clear point of view and external perspective to sales approaches to identify sales opportunities
  • Supports clients on the use of our industry leading data in a professional, accurate and timely manner via virtual and face-to-face meetings, email and phone
  • Builds and develops strong, sustainable relationships with the result of improving customer satisfaction
  • Has the ability to influence at all levels and to take a view and challenge when necessary
  • Broad appreciation of macroeconomic and external business environment to build thought leadership credibility and reputation
  • Manage and escalate customer requests appropriately

  • Relevant experience in an analytical or consultative function
  • High degree of structural and abstract thinking
  • Problem-solver, proactive and a self-starter, able to work effectively across multiple teams
  • Able to develop and deliver compelling presentations rooted in storytelling
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrates a high level of curiosity, consultative skills, and credibility
  • Proficiency with data analytics and visualisation tools, such as PowerBI
  • Proven strategic & commercial awareness
