The role will be responsible for the production of all financial reporting, ensuring that submissions to all external parties are both timely and accurate.
Lead on the coordination of the budget process, working cross functionally to drive process and efficiencies.
Responsible for the day to day management of a team of 2 - mentoring, coaching and developing.
Identifying and responding to developments in financial reporting and communicating them to the business.
Developing internal relationships to help teams understand the impacts of business developments on financial reporting
Developing external networks to ensure that the organisation's financial reporting is best in class
To be successful, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with a varied Financial Accounting background
You will have a keen interest in monitoring the regulatory environment and keeping abreast of all legislative/principle adaptations.
