Our client is an acquisitive, private equity backed business with a national reach. You will be joining a well-established and profitable organisation with definite internal progression opportunities.

They are now looking to appoint an insurance reconciliation team leader, on a full time, permanent basis. As team leader you will work to maintain successful professional relationships with insurers and external parties to the business and well as ensure correct processes are adhered to within the insurer reconciliation team.

You must have previous people management experience, as well as come from an acconting background with experience of implementing process change.

Main duties of the role:

  • Ensure accurate reconciliation of insurer accounts
  • Ensure business compliance with current regulations
  • Managing a team of reconciliation executives
  • Deal with the onboarding of new clients
  • Provide internal support on CASS breaches as well as working to ensure adherence to CASS regulations
  • Liaison with internal members of the business and insurers and be on hand to deal with queries



Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum + Great Benefits

Currently this position will be home based, and post pandemic will offer a generous home office working split, with only 2 days required in the office per week.
