With customer service at the heart of this department, you will be working for a diverse team that supports and delivers a professional, customer focused experience for their suppliers. Working within one of Norfolk's most progressive, forward thinking organisations, your duties within the Accounts Payable team will include;

• Analyse and process all supplier documents ready for internal approval and payment
• Play an active part in supplier engagement meetings and debt management reviews
• Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery of client key performance indicators within strict SLA's (service level agreements)
• Promptly deal with all queries relating to the supplier journey
• Actively take part in meetings to discuss best placed customer service plans for supplier
• Actively engage with other parts of the business encouraging cross over and shared working (Team)
• Understand compliance and quality assurance to support and deliver best practice
• Occasionally take part in projects with ongoing coaching and training support

Key skills for these positions would be;

• Solid communication skills with attention to detail

• Solid numeric skills being a resilient self-starter taking ownership for your own actions
