A growing PE business is seeking an interim Head of Finance Shared Services as part of a their new SSC set up.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage Service delivery across R2R, P2P, and O2C operations.
• Leading the day-to-day management of finance operations performed by the shared service teams, FTE 150 +
• Responsible for improving the finance processes from a strategic level, working with the process leads.
• Identifying and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine.

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Experience managing service delivery of 100+ FTE operational teams
• An excellent attitude to building relationships
• Experience with captive and BPO outsourced teams.
• Attention to detail and an eye for process and control
