Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: 40 Hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 5:30pm, 8:00 - 12:00pm Friday.

The role...

As the Accounts Assistant your role will involve the following important duties:

• Manage the credit control system.
• Ensure that debts are paid in a timely manner.
• Meet cash and debtor targets.
• Chase and record all overdue invoices.
• Provide accurate advice on all billing queries.
• Handle of disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
• Post payments to accounts and allocate as required.

The experience required...

As a successful Accounts Assistant you will have the following:

• 5 years experience in a similar role, particularly within a busy Finance Department.
• Excellent IT skills with experience working with an ERP system.
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent.
