Robert Walters are delighted to be working with a client based in Waltham Cross looking for an Invoicing Associate to join their new fast growing team. The newly created role has opened up due to the business opening up in the UK and this role with give the incumbent the opportunity to have a real impact on how the business grows and operates. This is role is permanent and will be reporting into the Financial Controller.

You will be expected to support the rest of the team with raising invoices, credit control, revenue reporting and process implementation.

Duties for the Invoicing Associate:

• Manage the UK invoicing process by raising invoices, tracking payments, and reporting on any unpaid revenue.

• Produce accurate reports presenting these to senior management.

• Chase for overdue payments.

• Liaise with the EMEA Invoice Process Lead to improve local efficiency and streamline processes.

• Prepare for and hold meetings with relevant stakeholders at the parent company.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure an excellent service and resolve any major issues.

• Support the Financial Controller and Accounting Associate with any other Finance related tasks.

To be considered successful, the ideal candidate must:

• Have a proven background within a similar role and understand basic accounting principles.

• Have excellent communication skills.

• Have strong interpersonal skills.

• Be able to work in a team.

• Strong Excel skills desirable.

• Proficiency of working with an ERP system.

• Have studied to some degree of AAT, CICM, or hold a relevant Accountancy degree.

This Invoicing Associate Role is based in Waltham Cross and the salary is £30,000 - £35,000 plus company specific benefits
