We are looking for an experienced and proactive Finance professional with a key interest in the Arts who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be working closely with the Director of Finance and Business Performance and be responsible for leading the success of a team of four.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is confident in collaborating with non-finance teams, providing financial management and delivering projects.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Provide an excellent financial transaction processing service to the organisation including overseeing purchase and sales ledger.
  • Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure the provision of accurate, complete and timely budgets, forecasts and insightful financial analysis to all budget holders and stakeholders
  • Act as Systems accountant and lead on systems training and adoption, both within the Finance team and across the organisation
  • Line manage the Management Accountant, Show Accountant and Senior Finance and Payroll Officer

The ideal candidate will either be fully qualified accountant (ACA , ACCA or CIMA) or qualified by experience with previous experience of working at a Finance Manager level position. Additionally you will have a track record with dealing with senior stakeholders and experience in either supervising or direct management of two or more within a finance position.
